METALIMEX a. s. is a joint-stock company which was registered on 28 November 1989 in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague (section B, entry No. 28, file no. Firm. 8555/92). The Company was established for an indefinite period of time.

METALIMEX a. s. is one of the major trading companies in the Czech Republic and has maintained its firm position long-term on both the Czech and foreign markets. The principal trading activities of the company are trade in non-ferrous metals and non-ferrous semi-products, trade in a comprehensive range of steel products, non-coal products and free trading in other commodities.

The current position of the company in the Czech Republic is underlined among other things by its placement in the TOP 100, where it has repeatedly achieved a primary place among the major companies in the Czech Republic.
